Entry to The Pilgrims' School in 2021/2022

We are open for 2021/2022 Admissions. If you would like to arrange a time to speak to the Registrar, please leave your contact details here on our Enquiry Form, or email:

The Pilgrims' School is a busy, vibrant community, which we love to share with visitors.

Our Open Mornings are operated in line with government guidelines.  These may be subject to change.

Currently, that means you will be taken on an individual family tour, guided by a senior boy and a member of staff, giving you the opportunity to chat and ask questions as you walk around the grounds and facilities. Mask wearing will be mandatory.  It will give you the chance to feel the atmosphere at The Pilgrims' School and see our teachers in action. If you are interested in Pre-Prep (ages 4-7), you can meet our head of Pre-Prep, Debbie Ross, during your tour.

Dr Essex, Head, will meet you at the end of your tour for some coffee or tea in the fresh air.

Our Location

We are blessed with a truly idyllic location. Just an hour south of London by direct train, with easy access to all the major travel hubs, and yet we are surrounded by the stunning countryside of the South Downs National Park. The school is tucked away  between Winchester Cathedral and Winchester College, within the secure and secluded Cathedral Close. Moments from our front door is the heart of the historic city of Winchester, or step through our back gate to find water meadows, countryside, and the South Downs Way.
