    On the morning of Thursday 2 May, all the boys in Year 3 arrived at school with quite a lot more equipment and much bigger bags than usual! They had made sure they had all the kit suggested for their overnight camping experience and some were really laden!

  • Year 6 D&T trip to Chase Cricket

    I fondly remember the start of the cricket season when I was at Prep School. The excitement of oiling your bat in the Easter holidays and hopefully adding some new kit to your collection; nothing beats it in my opinion, and what better way to start this Summer Term than with a visit to Chase Cricket and Serious Cricket at Dummer Down Farm.

  • Quirister ‘Dubbing’ and Choral Evensong, Thursday 25 April

    Thursday 25 April saw the formal admission, or ‘dubbing’, of Y6 Riku as a Quirister in front of a large congregation of family, friends and the G30. Not the gathering of world statesmen, rather the G30 schools: the Heads of thirty leading schools from 15 countries around the world to share their best practice, thoughts, ideas and challenges.  This year’s conference was jointly hosted by Shrewsbury, Stowe, Wellington and Winchester in the UK.
