Twelve boys waited nervously on the first tee at Avington Park Golf Club, who generously hosted the event. It was an excellent afternoon with some impressive golf on display. The longest drive winner was Anton S, whose powerful strike flew magnificently down the middle of the 9^th fairway. The closest to the pin winner came from a delicate iron shot from Rupert B on the short par 3 8th. It was Enzo S of Year 6, however, who took the biggest prize of all. A low score of 48, beating his closest competitor by 5 shots! Well done to Enzo and all the boys who took part.
