Pilgrims walk for WaterAid
On Saturday 15 May, over 150 Pilgrim boys and staff and their families, and sometimes even their four-legged friends, walked for WaterAid.
They walked up and down hills, by sea and river, in Winchester and beyond - and in and out of rain. They walked with a serious smile, as, thankfully, stifling Covid thoughts were replaced by the awareness of a tragedy that has no rightful place: that in the developing world the average walk for clean water is a staggering 3.7 miles. They walked for WaterAid and raised over £4600.
