As part of the Winchester College chapel choir, the Quiristers were invited to sing three evensong services in the magnificent ancient precinct of Durham Cathedral. In true Harry Potter style, they piled onto a train at King’s Cross for the journey north.

On the day when national rules changed (in January 2022) allowing Year 7 and 8 students to remove their masks in class, one creative Year 8 boy at The Pilgrims’ School, Alfie Leverton, chose to ‘install’ several hundred face masks in the school grounds as part of a project.

This year we welcome five GAP year students to Pilgrims' School to work with staff and to be great role models for our boys. This provides an opportunity for them to experience the working environment before heading to university, and to share their musical, sporting and academic expertise with younger budding students.
