Year 4 have been investigating the different states of matter: solid, liquid and gas, although we have also had some lively discussions about the fourth state, plasma.
This week saw the performances of what has now become a bit of a Pilgrims’ fixture in February – a ‘Powerful Shakespearean parody, performed by Years 3, 4 and 5.

Huge thanks to everyone who attended last Friday's annual PPA Quiz. We hope you agree that this was one of our finest yet; and not solely on account of the result, which, in a historic victory, saw the self-proclaimed Year 8 Legends trounce the teachers (by one point....).

It was a great pleasure to hold another Pilgrims' Parley on Saturday. Addressing the most recent implications for schools stemming from the development of AI and its impact on both learning and the workplace, we were joined by senior leaders from Winchester College, Sevenoaks School, Lancing College, Charterhouse and Churcher's College. As ever, it was a joy - and highly stimulating - to be leading the discourse around such key topics.
