Caring for and learning about our site is an important aspect of our Forest School life. Year 3 boys take this very seriously.
The sun shone brightly all day for the annual Year 5 trip to Butser Ancient Farm. Life for the Iron Age settlers, Romano-Britons and Anglo-Saxons seemed pleasant and fun as a result!
Last Tuesday saw the annual Founder's Obit, a heartfelt celebration of the life and legacy of William of Wykeham held at Winchester Cathedral.
On Tuesday, Year 5 went to Horseshoe Lake Activity Centre for some fun-filled activities.
A change of plan is sometimes a better plan!
Our boarders had a great day at Paultons Park as part of our boarding 'All in Weekend'. The boys set off bright and early by coach for their adventure to one of Hampshire's favourite theme parks. The weather was very kind to us – mostly sunny with just one brief shower that did not slow anyone down.
On Tuesday evening of this week, we gathered in the chapel to celebrate the official admission of the 643rd group of probationer Quiristers into the Chapel Choir.
It was lovely to welcome the boys back to Forest School this week, after the long summer break.
